Revealed by God in 2024, this campaign reflects the belief of Williams Claytor Realty that homeownership is attainable, purposeful, and part of God’s plan for His people. The 100 Homes Community is a community-led path to ownership where we believe every St. Louis family can own a home that they love. When you join, you gain access to our Realtor partners & trusted lenders who are aligned with our mission and committed to educating, guiding, and walking with you through the entire homeownership process. This includes help with financial readiness, down payment assistance, ongoing check-ins, and monthly educational classes, all focused on one goal: helping you find, fund, and close on your first home.
We provide the coaching, advocacy, education, and structure, but progress happens when families stay engaged. That means showing up, responding to communication, completing next steps, and staying consistent even when the process feels slow. Vision matters too: believing homeownership is possible and choosing not to quit when obstacles arise.
Becoming one of the 100 starts with a commitment to pursue homeownership with intention and consistency. You don’t need all the answers—you need to be willing to learn, stay engaged, and take the next steps. Williams Claytor Realty and our Realtors will coach, advocate for, and walk alongside families who are serious about owning where they live. Families accepted into the community receive access to proprietary mapping sessions, trusted lending partners, and monthly homebuyer education.
This journey requires participation, but you won’t do it alone. Together, we move from possibility to ownership.
How do I become One of the 100?
What Happens After I Sign Up?
Within 48 hours of signing up, a WCR Realtor will be assigned to reach out to you directly via phone. On this call, you’ll be given the next steps or invited to schedule your proprietary mapping session so we can understand your goals, finances, and readiness for homeownership. From there, you’ll be paired with trusted lender and Realtor partners and given clear, personalized next steps.

This community is for families who are willing to stay engaged, receive coaching, and consistently do the work required to become homeowners.
